Quiet area away from tourists. Get a porter from train station to take your luggage. Newer property and done very nice. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Viviana was so awesome. Our room, Girasolle, had a huge terrace. So nice to sit out there in morning.

Excellent property, staff were very friendly, place was clean, situated in a very quiet area away from all the crowds. Newly decorated, beds comfortable, nice bars on nearby canals for coffee or drinks. You will need to walk a bit to get to most attractions so bare that in mind, but a lovely stay.

Loved this hotel. In quite area but only 15 min walk to the centre. Lovely area just down from hotel with bars by the canal that we loved. Beds extremely comfortable and extra pillow on request. Would most certainly recommend and stay again

The staff are super helpful. They helped me navigate the local area, made recommendations, and ordered reliable water taxis when I had to leave early in the morning to meet tours. The property is clean and quiet and close enough to walk to the center of town and the train station. St. Mark's Square is a little further out but easily reachable by water taxi, water bus or a 30 min walk..

Hosts are lovely and attentive. The room is as pictured and check-in was seamless. There were some interesting smells coming from the water taps and a few small mosquito-like bugs in the bathroom when we arrived, which the hosts helped us clear out. These issues seemed to be more-so a feature of Venice rather than the unit itself and we still ended up having a lovely stay.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff was very helpful, especially the front desk. Off the beaten path but quiet and away from the crowds. Convenient for enjoying a beautiful sunset and close to water taxi station should you wish to visit Murano.

This is not exactly a hotel, rather a “guesthouse “ with no kitchen, no breakfast or common areas, and desk staff just 8:30 am to 8:30 pm. However they were totally honest and upfront about all that at the time of booking, and gave me a phone number to call in case of emergencies. Room is clean, has everything it needs. Owners are friendly and were helpful when they were there.

Here’s a concise but fair version that keeps your main points clear: The apartment was clean and generally did the job, but unfortunately it was not as described and the bed situation really affected our stay. The main bed was a sofa bed, which was extremely uncomfortable and made a horrendous noise every time you moved. When I raised this with the host, I was told it was due to a “transition of the room” and that there was no space to move us elsewhere. This was disappointing, especially as we weren’t made aware beforehand — had we known, we would have made alternative arrangements. A sofa bed as the main bed was not what we expected, particularly as the photos of the beds appear to be one of the property’s main selling points. The walls and ceilings were also very thin, so we could hear surrounding rooms, and I’m sure they could hear us tossing and turning on the uncomfortable bed throughout the night. The location is on the edge of town and a little further from the main tourist areas, but we actually enjoyed the quieter area and the busy parts of Venice were still walkable. The host was also helpful in advising us on getting to the airport for our early flight, particularly as transport options are limited during unsociable hours. Overall, it was clean and served its purpose, but the sofa bed unfortunately ruined our impression of the apartment. I personally wouldn’t book again until proper beds are returned to the rooms.

Quarto limpo, grande, aconchegante e lindo !!! Banheiro e toalhas limpas, chuveiro muito bom. Supermercado bem próximo, menos de 5 minutos. Funcionários educados e receptivos, em especial ao que nos atendeu na chegada que foi além dos elogios mencionados, muito gentil e prestativo, precisávamos de uma informação quanto à ida ao aeroporto e ele pesquisou para nós. Tinha água, café e chá à vontade no quarto, além de máquina de café, chaleira elétrica e frigobar. Gostamos muito da nossa estadia e voltaríamos com certeza !!!
