This hotel was amazing, I loved it. Such a fantastic room, and our canal view was absolutely perfect. Great and helpful staff and a comfy bed, the hotel was located only a few minutes walk from a great grocery store and delicious restaurants. If I'm lucky enough to travel to Venice again, I will absolutely stay here.

Location is supreme. Can be reached by water taxi from the airport. A bit far from San Marco, but that's the advantage bc less noise. Hotel is clean by the canal with nice view in the morning. Staff is helpful and friendly. Will come back staying here again 👍

I thought the location of the property was absolutely great. The hotel itself was fine - small shower and overall not the nicest looking bathroom, but the AC worked great and the bed was comfy. If I had been better about booking out earlier I think I would have been thrilled by it overall, but as it was I paid a bit too much for just a fine hotel in a great area.

Very nice hotel! I enjoyed my stay here and the staff was amazing and so helpful with all of our questions, they also spoke really great English. If you’re looking for an upscale boutique hotel in Venice, this location checks all of the boxes. The location is clean, well decorated, and has a strong air conditioner. I highly recommend the breakfast here. It has been one of the best breakfast buffets we’ve had in Europe.

Many accommodations in the city center were low rated, overpriced, and some didn’t seem to exist. This was by far the best priced for a place of quality. It is a legit hotel with great service, clean rooms, and a great location in the quieter parts of Venice away from the loud tourism with great food nearby as well as easy access water transportation. The breakfast is worth it as well, it is a huge buffet and is actually open for most of the morning compared to most hotels that stop serving around 8am. This one was open from 7:30-10:30! 12pm checkout is also one of the nicest checkout times for a hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I would stay here again if I come back to Venice without a doubt.

The hotel was very nice, clean and relaxed. Nice rooms and staff. The only thing you need to think about is the location. If you could get around with the ferrys that leave almost right outside the hotel then your good. If you are a walking person it is in my opinion a bit far from the city center. There's also a coop market right beside the hotel, very nice. Would definitely recommend the hotel, but not the walking distance.
