Perfect location and amazing staff. They were always available to make recommendations for things to do and places to eat. They were also available to make any transportation arrangements for us. Best part they arranged a complimentary glass factory tour to Murano! I also recommend adding the breakfast to your stay. The only saving grace about this hotel was its location (right on the Rialto bridge). The staff was friendly. You have to make your breakfast choices a day before. Every extra food item would cost money. you also have the tell them the time you will be there for your breakfast and they will pre-set the table for you with the choices you made. If you are late then your food is pretty much lying there open on the table!! The sofa bed was TERRIBLE. The room cleaning/ house keeping was sub par at best. The bidet in the toilet did not work and they don’t have a technician to fix it over the weekend. To get to the room was a flight of stairs up, take the elevator and then a flight of stairs down!!! Definitely won’t recommend for people with knee issues. I would avoid this hotel.
