The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff wax excellent and very helpful with suggestions and booking transportation. The breakfast had a lot of variety and fresh. The location was good and shopping was at a close distance.

Great location, lovely room with balcony, spacious suite, and staff very friendly/helpful. Only caveat, take or book a water taxi directly to hotel, not group boat that goes to standard drop off points. You don’t want to drag luggage up and down steps on the bridges to the hotel.

When I dreamed of Venice, the sort of room I imagined is exactly what I found -- a gorgeous, high-ceilinged space with a painted ceiling, opulent curtains and wallpaper, a palatial bed. The staff made me feel I was a welcome guest in this very special place, and am grateful for all the small touches that made my stay so memorable.
