This place has the most amazing view! We stayed in a canal view room. Air conditioning worked fine and the location was amazing. Best part was the view !!! Wonderful view, great location, friendly staff.

The room was great and clean. Very close all major attractions. Short walk to San Marco Plaza and Rialto Bridge but AC was broken in our room and the heat was unbearable. We had to open the windows at night and did not help much, if anything it let mosquitoes in.

This hotel served its purpose. It was a decent room with a not so decent view. It did its job for me which is to get a good nights sleep. If your looking for luxury, this place is not it. But if you are looking for a decent budget hotel that you want to save money on and still sleep beautifully, this place is it. I enjoyed my stay! It’s very close to all the major tourist spots aswell!

Rooms on the second floor with a steep,carpeted staircase that was hard to maneuver. Front desk usually unmanned, no one to help with suitcases. Front door unlocked daytime. Hard to get into the tub. On the plus side, good air conditioning, attractively furnished room. Good location 10 min walk to Piazza San Marco.

Budget friendly bare bones lodging.

I think the pictures embelished a wee bit. The extra 50 euros on the canal was not worth it. The mattress wasnt comfy. The room seemed worn. Good location.

The hotel was a perfect location. The room was very clean and the cleaners came in each day Unfortunately the airconditioning was not active and the room was very warm. We slept with a couple of windows open and shutters closed. The lical mosquitoes saw this as an invite to join us for the night and they had a feast The bed was also firm

Just a little disappointed in the room that we only stayed one of the 3 nights we booked. The A/C was the #1 issue as it did not cool down the room sufficiently. We were sticky from the humidity and heat by morning. We brought it up to the front desk...she came upstairs, fiddled with the thermosat, and made us feel like we were crazy. She said what's wrong with it; as if we were imagining the heat in the room. The room itself was just ok. You get what you pay for.

The hotel did not have an elevator and the second floor was actually on the 3rd floor. No one to help us with our baggage . Bathroom only had tub shower and no grab bars for safety and very slippery. Definitely not designed for handicap. Hotel location was not as said, very hard to find.

I was left disappointed in having to wait over 20 minutes outside the door as no one picked up on the other side of the phone. The overall cleaning of the bathroom was disappointing with a horrible smell.

The room was very nice but I was not prepared for all of the up and down stairs with 100lb of luggage! I would definitely stay here again but would plan it with a small backpack and/or carry on, not when I’m traveling for a month and going on a cruise! It was also challenging to find.

Room was absolutely full of Mold! The whole bathroom. The bed was absolutely horrible, it was just 2 singles pushed together. My husband and I just ended up in a crack in the middle of the bed, both waking up sore. The shower was absolutely dreadful. Couldn’t even have a shower, had to have a bath. Probably the worst place I have stayed in, in the whole of Europe and I have been to five countries this month.

The room was ready when we arrived a little early for check in which was very welcome. The staff are all very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and had all we needed for a two night stay and a lovely view of the canal. There is no lift which didn't bother us with our small cases but it was a problem for a fellow guest with a big case. I am sure there is a light on the stairs but we couldn't find it when we were coming down early in the morning!

Right at the corner of 2 canals and about 8 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. Quieter area of Venice. You can actually see gondolas glide by the window of their lobby/dining area--how cool. Out our window (and many of their rooms have similar views) you could see the canals.
