There was a bit of confusion as to where to check in, but a wonderful person found us and guided us to a different hotel for check in. We lived staying here! It was so convenient and the AC was much appreciated during unusual heat. We would stay here again.

We loved the apartment. Everything was clean and worked well. Our only issue was finding the office to check in. It would have been helpful to have someone meet us at the taxi drop-off and walk us to the office. It was only a two minute walk but the streets are not well marked so we wandered around (pulling large bags) for 30 minutes before we found it.

Excellent location (central yet quiet, close to the vaporetto). Very nice and helpful staff. Spacious room (maybe a little on the dark side) and very nice bathroom. The kitchen is a nice touch. It's not very functional (you're not supposed to put food into the fridge), but works for a quick breakfast.
