Excellent location (central yet quiet, close to the vaporetto). Very nice and helpful staff. Spacious room (maybe a little on the dark side) and very nice bathroom. The kitchen is a nice touch. It's not very functional (you're not supposed to put food into the fridge), but works for a quick breakfast.

Here’s your corrected version: Nice place, clean, and very close to everything, which made the location very convenient. However, the staff were not helpful, our apartment was not cleaned, and we were not given fresh towels during our stay. They later told us that this service is not provided for apartments, only for hotel rooms, but this was not communicated to us upon arrival. We paid $800 for three nights, so we expected a higher level of service and better communication from the staff.

Very comfortable. Could have used more coffee pods for the coffee machine as we were there a couple nights. Lots of stairs to the top floor so don’t bring a heavy suitcase and make sure you aren’t handicapped. Perfect temperature. Would stay again.

Amazing stay. Staff directly takes you to the booked room. Staff is so kind, provided a map and great recommendations for dining around the area. Our shower head was leaking and staff replaced within 20 minutes. It is close to many mini shops and restaurants. We did not have to use a water taxi for anything. Everything is super walkable and near. I would high recommend and if I ever find myself in Venice again, I 100% know I’d stay here again.

We had a great 3 night stay at the Dimora Capuleti hotel in Venice. The hotel was very clean and is an easy 20 minute walk from the train station, and is super convenient to all other sites in Venice. The staff (Mildred) was great and super helpful and very eager to answer our questions and offer us suggestions. Breakfast was great too! Thank you for a great stay!
