We had a great 3 night stay at the Dimora Capuleti hotel in Venice. The hotel was very clean and is an easy 20 minute walk from the train station, and is super convenient to all other sites in Venice. The staff (Mildred) was great and super helpful and very eager to answer our questions and offer us suggestions. Breakfast was great too! Thank you for a great stay!

We were impressed with the size and amenities this property offered. It had a full kitchen and appeared to have been recently renovated. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer.

I thought this apartment was perfect. We only stayed one night but it was very convenient and comfortable. The check in was a little weird. The woman that checked us in seemed a little scattered and she didn't explain much to us. It was confusing to find the office. Once we found the office, we checked in and then she led a group of different groups to the building and brought us up to our rooms.

You have to pick up keys in other location, but just happened to be on my way to the property. Got there by the ATV in the S Stae and then you have to walk like 15 minutes to get to the apartment. You have to go by stairs one floor. The property looks in good shape, the insides are ok, but loved it was walking distance from everything. The only downside is in the reservation said I was only due $12 at the property and when I arrived I had to pay almost $50!!!! Too bad they dont update their information.

First of all, read the direction on how to get to this place. You will have to go to another property to get access to your room. There was no elevator, and we were assigned a room on the 3rd floor with very steep stairs. There was no phone in the room to contact the front desk, so we had to keep walking to a different area just to ask questions. The safety deposit box didn’t work, and the TV remote wasn’t working either—probably due to dead batteries.

Stayed here for one night with my family of 5. It was an excellent property to stay to explore Venice for the first time. The property was very comfortable and street quiet, however it was a short walk to Rialto market, San Marco square etc . The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent apartment in a traditional building which has been converted beautifully. Our 2 bed apartment was spacious, very clean, nicely presented, modern and located in a perfect location for our 4 day trip. On a quiet street just a few seconds from the water and the fruit/fish market and only a 5 minute walk to Rialto bridge. Asela at the front desk was always friendly and helpful. Very pleased we booked this apartment and would definitely book again if we return to Venice!

Unterkunft an guter Lage

Modernes Appartment Hotel an guter Lage in der Nähe der Rialto Brücke. Alles brandneu, sehr moderne Zimmer. Ruhig gelegen. Zutritt via Code, Rezeption nur teilweise besetzt. Kein Frühstück. Zimmer sind auf der 3. Etage mit sehr langen und steien Treppen (bei viel Gepäck eher weniger geeignet). Insgesamt aber sehr gute Unterkunft.

Polo’s Treasures is an exceptional place to stay! The host goes above and beyond to ensure that you not only have everything you need at the apartment, but that you enjoy Venice itself. The room I stayed in was clean, beautifully decorated and very spacious. The communal kitchen was also very clean and the coffee maker was easy to use. Rainfall shower head was brilliant! Great to have a big screen tele and Netflix, as a solo traveller who wanted early nights and early starts. I loved that I just punched a code in to get into the building and my room, rather than having a key. The view as you step out is gorgeous (a typical Venetian alleyway to your right, The Grand Canal and Galleria Giorgio Franchetti Alla Ca’ Doro to your left. The location was perfect. I went all over Venice and all things considered, the location of Polo’s Treasures was second to none for me. The host also gave me a bottle of Prosecco as I was their a for a while. This was so welcome, as I arrived in a storm and wanted to stay in in style while it passed. Very big comfortable bed with lovely white sheets and plenty of towels. Would I stay here again? YES! Things to consider: You may not get a code until the day you arrive and the host is not always there. However, he was easy to reach. The stairs are fine as long as you’re fit and young but I can imagine anyone other than this would have trouble as there’s 3 flights. Don’t use the hotspot on the room phone to get internet, use the free wifi.

Absolut godt sted i Venedig!

Meget fint hotel i historisk ejendom. Lækkert badeværelse med fine faciliteter. Dog er der mange trapper i huset og ingen elevator. Meget fin værdi for pengene! Nemt at komme fra station og lufthavn direkte til hotellet, der ligger i en stille sidegade, uden den store trafik af turister. Ind og udtjekning forløb uden problemer. Ikke så mange værelser, så ganske diskret og roligt.

Fantastic apartment, top location!

Fantastic apartment! Beautifully decorated, great size rooms, very comfortable bed with top quality linen, towels, toiletries and full size hair dryer! This apartment has a cook top, microwave and fridge if you want to cook for yourself. The location was great too, just a few hundred metres from the Rialto Bridge, restaurants, shops, food market etc. This apartment also has proper airconditioners (not just fans like some places) in both bedrooms and the kitchen/lounge, which was just what we needed after a long day of very hot sightseeing! I can not fault this apartment, highly recommend it for everyone, but note the is no elevator, we were on the 2nd floor, my 79yr old Mum was ok with the stairs though. Put this one on your favourites list!
