The hotel was clean, the rooms spacious and the staff was friendly and helpful. The proximity to the train station made it easy to travel to San Lucia for the day and the hotel breakfast was amazing. This property was located at a great location. The train station is right behind it for easy access to go almost anywhere. The downtown area is a 15-minute walk with a few little shops, restaurants. A really nice church. The hotel itself was very clean. It looked like it was almost brand new. The buffet breakfast every morning was excellent. The staff was excellent. Everything was great about Crowne plaza in the stay there. They even have a airport shuttle if you notify them 24 hours in advance either way

Traveling from the US to Venice, the hotel was actually about 20 minutes away from the airport. Hotel provided a free shuttle to and from the airport. Easy to book. The train is literally outside of the hotel, so traveling back to Venice for day trips was very simple and straightforward to navigate. Everyone spoke English very well which was very helpful because we had a lot of questions. Breakfast at the hotel was great also. Nice neighborhood with shops and restaurants within walking distance.
