We had a great overall experience staying at this hotel during our stay. The hotel is conveniently located close to the plaza and other touristy attractions. Tons of shops and restaurants within walkable distance. I would recommend setting up your own water taxi transportation to and from the hotel since booking this directly with hotel is much pricier.

This property does all the right things for an enjoyable stay. Check in was easy and front desk provided maps and guidance of area as well as arranged our water taxi for early morning. The hotel was well situated, had excellent facilities and was spotlessly clean. We were unable to fly home into Heathrow on the day we were due to check out, but the hotel were very helpful, offering us an upgraded room at a special rate to accommodate us until the following day when we had secured a flight.
