Charming!

Charming! Not too far from the train station and close to some shops and restaurants. Main points of interest are walkable or you can take the water taxi which isn’t far. This was my second stay here and I would go back again!

Lovely property in quiet area. But turn a corner and there are many restaurants and little bars. Excellent value for Venice. We were made feel very welcome and as we had to leave early for a flight, the owner packed us a takeaway breakfast. Wonderful touch. Close to SL train station which is excellent if you are doing many cities by train.

We stayed at this property for four days. It's a cute small property with fairly small rooms. But they have an easy walk to the railway station and croissant and toast with coffee in the mornings. The one negative is that the bathroom had a sewer smell the entire time, probably be because there's a vent on the floor and we are on the first level. Kind of standard smells for Venice. There is a grocery store within about three minutes that was convenient to pick up snacks and other items. The manager was friendly.

The room was too small which was sold as quadruple size but infact was even smaller than normal double bedroom. Extra beds provided were two small and uncomfortable. The sheets were dusty. There was no much information provided by host about the local area or attraction. Overall we had terrible experience at this property-spoiled our experience at the beautiful city of Venice.

Deceived by the pictures we made a mistake to book this property that is not maintained at all, everything is old from building to furniture and upholstery. And than size of room and toilet is super tiny.owner even doesn't bother to clean marks of mosquitoes smashed on walls and roof by previous guests. Bedding is old and smelly. Wish people would review honestly and not just give undue stars.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour, tout était super sauf les oreiller qui était vraimeng trop mince et inconfortable. Sinon l’emplacement était génial (10 min) a pied de la gare, et 20 min du centre. Bon petit resto a coté. Le monsieur à l’acceuil étaig super gentil, le dej était bon! C’était tranquille, pouf le prix c’était parfait ! Merci

Goede service en netheid, slechte kamer

De kamer is echt alleen een kamer. We hadden voor 5 pers geboekt maar bij het controleren haddrn ze maar voor 4 pers de kamer klaar gemaakt. Er was snel een bed bijgezet, dus dat was goed en fijn maar 2 vd 5 bedden waren logeerbedden die je opgeklapt weg kunt zetten en we moesten 40 euro extra betalen. Ontbijt is echt Italiaans, brood met jam, slechte cappuccino en niet meer van deze tijd. Kamer en badkamer waren wel echt megaschoon, schoonmaak is super en de service ook. Vriendelijk en flexibel.

The property is in a very quiet part of town. The owner, Walter, is so very kind and accommodating. He will not be in the hotel, except for certain hours, however he is reachable by text (in the Expedia app) quickly and is very quick to resolve any concerns. He was so very accommodating to my gluten free needs for breakfast. The hotel itself is older and has thin walls. The restroom was not exactly clean as it has mold on the walls. I would recommend a cleaning service.

Walter is a excellent host. Nice breakfast each morning outside in his garden area .They say you always get lost in Venice and this place is no exception. We misplaced his rental several times but thats part of Venice .Great room
