Good room, had no hot water so had to move across town at 1am to a new room. The office to check-in is not at the hotel so be aware of that. Call if you get lost and they are very helpful.

Liked that it was a great area close to St Marks Square and Rialto bridge. Many places to eat and shop. No elevator, but we had first floor which had steps to get into hallway to our room but not a problem.

I had a great time here. The place is really pretty and it’s next to water. It was easy to find and they told me in advance that I check in first at Hotel Bella Venezia. Staff was kind and they did a fantastic job!
