My partner and I enjoyed our stay here. It was as we expected for a 3 star hotel. Relatively clean and great location. A lot of communication back and forth needed with the host before our stay because of keyless check in. Very spotty wifi, I had to rely on my prepaid data plan most of the time. Slippers, tea and water were provided to us in the room as a nice touch. We would stay here again.

The property was affordable and charming. The host, Riccardo, was available by chat and phone to answer questions and provided a map to the property which was helpful. The a/c worked well and location was close to all of the main attractions.

This place was great! The staff was lovely and very helpful. It’s within walking distance to the Rialto Bridge and the rooms are small but nice and has a very “Venice” feel. We would definitely stay here agin if we return to Italy!

Great location between s marks and rialto at a good rate. Room was nice but lack of hot water was frustrating. The 1st floor is up one flight of stairs, opening to the entry of the hotel. The entry smelled old and moldy, think it was the carpet in the middle of the room. Once past that no smell in the room and all was fine.

Fantastic Value

If you're planning on spending all day walking around Venice and only plan on sleeping in the hotel, this place is perfect. Clean, fully functional, and very charming. The hotel is centrally located close to Rialto, St. Mark's Square, and Ponte dell'Accademia. Easy 5 minute walk from the San Angelo Alilaguna stop.

Room was spacious and clean. Nice view of the street and surrounding restaurants. Bathroom was clean. Air conditioner worked very well over two extremely hot nights. Met two women who worked there and both were extremely pleasant and spoke perfect English. Fantastic location. Could not more highly recommend.

Chose this place primarily for price. Was not looking for anything extravagant as we just needed a safe place to sleep, we travelled for 25 hours and only had one full day here. It was decent, good location and restaurants around. No front desk. We arrived at 7pm and you ring a bell and she lets you in by remote. Easy enough. She left us notes about our key in the door and that she reserved us spots/tickets for Redentore. I came to Venice 20 years ago and don’t think that mosquitos were a problem then. We all got bitten multiple times and probably killed about 40 mosquitos. Yes, Venice has mosquitos because of the canals but I felt the property didn’t do enough to combat. No notes warning the guests, she just leaves bug spray behind her table which we didn’t know about until the next day. We finally figured out they were coming thru the bottom of the door and urinal! If you stay here roll a towel at bottom of door and plug the urinal when not using. I wish I could have left a better review.
