The service, the location and the facilities were excellent. Breakfast buffet was great and it had options for everyone. If you are looking for a very nice, well air conditioned, lovely breakfast, and away from the business of St. Mark’s Square, this is the place for you. We walked from the train station. It is nice to stay further away from the action so you can experience more of the beautiful city. We strolled along the paths and found all sorts of delightful places to eat and visit. Would definitely stay here again.

This lovely hotel has a fantastic location next to Water Bus stop and many restaurants. The staff were wonderful. We joked that our only criticism is that the room didn't have a corkscrew making it the perfect hotel as we had something to complain about!!
