This was our first stop before a wedding in Northern Italy and I must say my 2 friends and I (all women ) had an absolutely lovely stay. Andreas (Dominican gentleman with glasses) was so incredibly helpful with the request we had down to helping find a last dinner reservation on our last day! The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood away from the tourist roads but also close enough to walk over (20min)! Well fell in love with this area! Would come back again

We had a wonderful stay at Carnival Palace Hotel in Venice. The location was beautiful—situated in a quieter area while still being an easy walk or water taxi ride to the main attractions. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always happy to help with recommendations and transportation. Our room was spacious by Venice standards, very comfortable, and well-appointed. Everything was clean and well maintained, making it a relaxing place to return to after exploring the city. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Carnival Palace Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming hotel in Venice.

The front desk staff could not have been more helpful and pleasant! We had quite a difficult arrival, with the unfamiliarity with the vapareto and what not. They provided a quick tutorial on how to navigate it successfully for the remainder of our stay. Rooms were upscale and clean. Breakfasts were delightful as were the waitresses. Sunsets out front along the canal are stunning. When we return to Venice, we will only stay at this establishment, you can bank on that!
