Our experience can only be translated in one multilingual word WOW This have been my 3 rd visit to Venezia myself and i have not experienced this type of service , quality and wow factor . The establishment , its history and location was only the beginning of our Wow factor. I can honestly say the entire staff brought it to a level that i never saw before and can only dream to receive in the future again . The hotel is spectacular with its history and decoration you feel very special from arriving on the entrance from the dock on the Grand canal. This hotel was wonderful, but the staff are the best staff out of any hotel. Some of the nicest people ever—especially Ricardo. He was the best, and went truly above and beyond. Once in a lifetime service and accommodations. Also great location. Take advantage of the boat service + deck service, and if there is any question the staff will help. The only issue was the room cleanliness. There were random bits of food on the floor, and the cleaning staff left their gloves on the floor (I have a photo). Would recommend again.

The hotel is lovely with many unique features. The room was clean, comfortable, well appointed. The Sagredo family house from which the hotel is created is from the 17th century- amazing architecture and decor.

I loved the location of the hotel. The staff was pretty friendly and they helped us get a water taxi on a day of a strike to make it to the train on time. Breakfast was not included in our stay and the breakfast buffet option seemed a little overpriced for what it was but the space where breakfast was served was beautiful. Overall we really enjoyed the hotel.

This is absolutely beautiful! We felt like a king and a queen! The room was spacious, had those luxurious features, and a nice bathroom. The cons were that they didn’t have an iron, horrible WiFi. Overall a nice honeymoon experience though.

Very nice hotel in the good location. Please note that in the room no iron and no coffee machine. Do you need psy extra if you need to iron your clothes and drink one coffee in the morning. Overall we had a good holiday.
