Stayed here for the second time and it continues to exceed expectations. The location is perfect—centrally situated within easy walking distance to all the main attractions and sights, while still tucked away enough to remain quiet for a great night’s rest. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, making it convenient without feeling crowded or noisy. Alessandro made the check-in process incredibly smooth and stress-free, and his hospitality truly stands out—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Overall, a fantastic stay once again. I was recommended this stay by friends who said it was their favorite stay on their whole journey through Italy and I could not agree more. Alessandro was an incredible host and made everything super accessible. The location is perfect for being close enough to the tourist attractions but equally close to the quaint parts of Venice in order to get away from crowds. As a first time visitor to Venice I think staying here made me fall in love with it. Everything was VERY clean and the interior was designed beautifully to represent Venetian charm but also feeling modern. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

Alessandro checked in with us a couple of days before our arrival to make sure everything was set for a seamless check-in. Even though we arrived after the official check-in time, the whole process was incredibly smooth. The directions to the loft were clear, the entry code instructions were easy to follow, and we were welcomed with a thoughtful snack bag and plenty of coffee pods in the room, which made the place feel very homey. The location is excellent and very central. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the Fondamente Nove station, the Rialto Bridge, and the San Polo area, and around 15 minutes to St. Mark’s Square. Venezia Santa Lucia train station is about a 30-minute walk away. Everything we wanted to see and do was conveniently close by. The room itself was very clean, the bathroom was bright and well stocked with amenities, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Venice. In fact, we’ll be back in two weeks and have already booked with Alessandro again!
