The apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms with 2 full baths big enough for a family of 5. It was very clean. The area is quiet. We have all the amenities we needed. It is close to the restaurants and main attractions. Matteo made the check in and out easy. He is very nice and accomodating. We will definitely book this place again if we visit Venice.

You won’t get a view of the canal, but you will get a great place for a great price!! 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are hard to come by for a great value. Fantastic for families!!

Ca’ Mariele was a wonderful apartment complex. We stayed on the 3rd floor with a bedroom loft. There are no elevators so be sure to confirm room location when booking if not able to do stairs. Air conditioning worked wonderful. The location was perfect just a short walk to the Alilaguna water shuttle from the airport to the apartment. Everything we wanted to do was within a short walk. Communication was spot on with the host. Would definitely stay here again!

The check in was very smooth with Matteo and he was super helpful. Gave us a good idea of what's around and what to see which was great. The biggest critiques I have are: 1. The room we booked wasn't the one we got in the pictures. We stayed in room 1 which was right by the front door and when people came in and out it was loud. We didn't get the two floor loft as the pictures showed. 2. Floors were dirty when we got in and could feel it under our feet and there were pee stains on the wall which they cleaned because we had a UV light. They remedied it quickly once we notified them. 3. Mosquitos and ants were seen in the room. 4. They had a kitchenette but no paper towels to clean other than using bathroom towels or toilet paper. 5. Paint was peeling from the walls in the bathroom but it's Venice so moisture can be a problem. The hotel is situated in a very good location near some restaurants and a supermarket 10 mins away that is walkable which was nice. Don't expect a luxurious stay but it gets the job done. Very touristy area but far enough away you don't hear.

Great location, close to everything. Was very easy to come from and go to the airport also with a single Alilaguna line. Two bedroom apartment was very specious and recently renewed rooms were spotless. Management is very helpful and responsive. Overall i highly suggest the apartments. Better experience then a small hotel room for sure.

We had a great stay at Ca' Mariele with our toddler. The hotel is located just outside a large square with lots of dining options and about a 20min walk from St Marks Square. The room was very nice and clean, and the staff were super friendly and helpful!

This was amazing value for the money. The apt style provided a lot more space than a average hotel room, Staff were extremely friendly and informative. It was very central and walking distance to a lot of amazing site seeing areas. I would definitely stay here again!
