This room is quite small with limited space for luggage. There is neither closet nor hooks to hang outerwear. The kitchen fridge was not working but there was a nice water cooler/ heater. Convenient to the waterbus and walkable to breakfast. Bed was comfortable. On the first floor is a small room adjacent to the kitchen area with a couple of tables to work or eat.

Communication from IIlaria was great, room was perfect for what we wanted- there was no mini fridge or fridge in common area, which would have been nice to have for drinks &snacks. The location was great, water taxis few minutes walk, even walking to tourist attractions was 10-20mins max…we got off the water taxi and had 5 minute walk.. The neighbourhood was very nice and relaxing , with lots of cafe bars, and amenities very close at hand. The only other thing I would mention is there is no where to leave your luggage at the place, but they do offer other hotels they are connected with to leave it at, about 10- 15 minute walk . Overall we loved it here and would return.

ムラーノ島、ブラーノ島へ向かう船の停留所が近く使用しやすかったです。 部屋も綺麗でした！ ですが、近くのお店は比較的早く閉まるので歩いて5〜10分ほど行ったところに夜暗い中歩くのが不安な方は注意が必要かもしれないです。
