This was an amazing stay in Venice - everything from the location to the comfort inside of this accommodation (great ACs, washer/dryer, full kitchen) to smooth communications with helpful staff was excellent. This was our best stay ever in Venice and will definitely stay there again when we visit next time.

The apartment was clean and the accommodations met all my needs. The kitchen I did not use but has everything needed if you decide to buy groceries and eat at home to save money. The laundry facility in the apartment a plus if you are staying for some time. The building is quit and well maintained in a safe place in Venice. Perfect location walkable to shops and the city center a short distance to the train station by water shuttle. I absolutely loved my stay here and would return.

The hotel was fantastic. The location is in a great spot to food, shopping and site seeing. The room was very clean and they provided items for a morning breakfast in room (coffee, oh, cereal, toast, etc). The only negative is that washer and dryer was difficult to figure out. Then once we did the dryer did not work. We had to hang dry all items. A really great hotel in Venice.

Disappointing stay despite the good location The location was very good, but unfortunately our overall experience was disappointing. The biggest issue was that there was no elevator and around 50 stairs to reach the room. This is a major issue when traveling with luggage, and we were not informed about it when we booked. When we arrived, there was also no one available to help us carry our luggage upstairs, which made check-in very difficult. Another major problem was the air conditioning, which was not working, making the room uncomfortable. The location is definitely the best part of this property, and at one point a staff member did help us with our belongings, which we appreciated. However, for a hotel/accommodation, important information like having no elevator and so many stairs should be clearly communicated to guests before arrival. Overall, considering the lack of elevator, the luggage situation, and the air conditioning not working, I would not choose to stay here again.

The staff was very helpful to assist with directions, q & a, and booking transportation to and from the property. Very friendly and gracious staff. The room was amazing and stocked with all the essentials needed for a stay. An amazing perk; the staff showing the property and explaining the process for check-in/out, maps, sitting areas, etc. The property had step-by-step instructions for appliance use and had a plug in adapter for travelers to borrow. Loved the price, cleanliness, staff, and location. On the top of the list as a stay!
