The location is key, being very close to the lagoon, which helps the property have its own dock. Additionally, there is a taxi stand nearby the hotel. It is walking distance to the main square and lovely restaurants around every corner. The staff are welcoming which is great and friendly. The breakast was good but wonder if some variety might be possible, though being a botique hotel this may be challenging. The wlecome teddy for my child was a lovely touch which she has added to her collection.

This is a must stay if you’re going to Venice and seeking a luxury hotel. The rooms are beautiful, as well as the hotel overall. There is a courtyard that felt so indulgent after a day of exploring. The location allowed us to pop in and out and explore at our own pace. While all of that was excellent, the main reason you should stay here is because of the service. Everyone was attentive and truly made our stay a 5-star one. From Ivan, Maria, Filipo and Buba as well as the rest of the staff they went above and beyond for us.

Staff is wonderful. They can book all the attractions for you right there. Location was great! 10 min walk to all the major sights. Right on the water so can take the water taxi straight from the airport and be dropped off at their dock so you don’t have to struggle with luggage in the city! Resort is very updated and modern but still has the authentic Venetian feel. Bar was wonderful some of the best drinks I have ever had and the best spritz we have had in Italy.
