Staff is wonderful. They can book all the attractions for you right there. Location was great! 10 min walk to all the major sights. Right on the water so can take the water taxi straight from the airport and be dropped off at their dock so you don’t have to struggle with luggage in the city! Resort is very updated and modern but still has the authentic Venetian feel. Bar was wonderful some of the best drinks I have ever had and the best spritz we have had in Italy.
