This property was in a great quiet location and a short walk to everything Venice has to offer. Only one small hiccup was the A/C wasn’t working and it made it very hot in the room. The staff did their best and brought some fans to help

We loved this hotel! The bathroom was so nice and clean and the room itself was very pretty. It was more of a walk from the train station to get there but we didn't realize we could take a water ferry a that point.

The hotel is expensive and you would expect great everything. We got to the hotel and it was a pretty place, great front desk support. Check in was good and went to our room. Wow, we felt like we walked in to a walking in closet. Bed against the wall and everything small. Went back to front desk, and this is not located in the same building, you have a good walk. Got there and they explained that we booked a small room that is usually rented to business people that are there just to sleep. He upgraded us to a larger room plus breakfast for another $60 Euros per day. I told him that I was most worried about the air conditioner and he said everything was working good. Moved to the 2nd room, which was up 2 levels. Got to the room and it was nice with windows to the court yard and the canal. Room was at 27.4c, hot. We turned down and nothing. Called them and they reset to 10c, but nothing. They sent a guy to check and he said "ok, all good" and left. Room at 25.7c. We left to check things out for about 4 to 5hrs. Room should be cold by now. Got in, room 26.4c. Called again and they said that the next day to go to front desk to ask for a change of room. Mind you, we have already had 2 rooms, we are tired and wanted nothing more then to go bed. They brought a fan for us. Room the next day 28.4c. We complained and nothing. They said to take it up with Expedia. For all that happened I would rate a 2. Breakfast very good!
