Location was fantastic, nice and clean. We had the deluxe room and it was huge. Towels, Fridge, TV, kettle, mugs and wine glasses all in the room. I love the fact that everything was no further than 15-20 minutes walk. Would definitly recommend to anyone staying in Venice My only critisism was that the bed sheets were really thin and when we asked for more we were told they didnt have any.

Old world charm with modern amenities

Beatiful room in a quiet area but within minutes of St Mark's Square. The room was clean and spacious with a mini fridge, kettle, tea and coffee, small seating area, comfortable bed, and clean bathroom. WiFi worked well. There was a small hiccup with the shower and no hot water but the owner responded to my message promptly and we had hot water in less than a half hour.

Lovely Room on third floor. We stayed in Catriona Room. Bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Only issue was strong smell of sewage in bathroom. Everything was very clean though. We took it in stride and kept the door to the bathroom closed. Sound carried in the apartments, but we took this in stride. We got a good price on the room in Venice. Loved Venice.

Tras un incidente con el alojamiento reservado, Expedia nos reubicó en éste y he de decir que hemos estado muy bien. La habitación muy espaciosa (con neverita, hervidor, tazas, copas, té y Nescafé ) y el baño, aunque estaba fuera, completamente nuevo. Todo estaba muy limpio y calentito (hacia mucho frío fuera). Otro buen detalle es que, en la zona común, había cafetera y café. Se agradece. No le pongo 5 estrellas porque las escaleras pesan un poco después de tantas caminatas y el edificio no está muy bien mantenido. Por lo demás estupendo.
