Our room was nice when we got to it. 2 flights of stairs with suitcases was not appealing but staff helped us on arrival and upon departure. Checking in at a different location than we were staying was a little inconvenient, but the staff was helpful by walking us to our accommodations and answering questions.

Very comfortable and relatively modern room for our family, and we loved the location - quiet but easy walks everywhere we wanted to see. Disappointed that we could not have the AC on (apparently not in season) and that we had to pay extra for coffee pod replenishments for the room (minor point, but annoying as this is the only place where we experienced this during our travels). Staff were helpful in coordinating water taxis. Overall very good option for Venice.

The communication for check in was excellent. They even sent a video that showed us exactly how to get out of the Venice airport to the water taxi dock and then where to walk to the check in. They went above and beyond. They also helped us with directions and recommendations. Room was clean and spacious.

The room was super clean and the setup was great! I enjoyed having a kitchen area so I can keep my drinks and food cool. The staff was very welcoming and remembered me from my previous stay.
