The staff at the front desk was amazing! So helpful. We had two rooms. One room was in great condition and the other one still smelled like smoke and had old wall paper. Plus there was mold in the bathroom. I was not happy about that part. The beds were very comfortable though. The breakfast was excellent. The ladies at the breakfast were very sweet too. Hopefully, they update all rooms - we would like to stay again if they do.

The staff was awesome, a special shout out to Camellia. They stock the fridge with goodies that are free of charge. The breakfast was decent. The location was excellent. The room, was clean, the bed wasn't the most comfortable but overall it was a great stay.

Location is very close to train station however I would never stay in Mestre again because the train system is awful!! Sometimes we had to change platforms a few times before a train actually left and at times it took close to 45 minutes just to travel between the stations (no fault of the hotel). Hotel is in need of major Renos. Even the updated rooms were renovated poorly. The AC in our room did NOT work! The staff was very kind and brought fans but something was very wrong with the system which shoertcircuted or was leaking from the ceiling. Shower design is weird and water leaks all over floor plus there is a drain on the floor that overflowed. The only other positive was the surprisingly good breakfast. However, I would still not recommend this hotel.
