The best stay in my entire trip , 10 min walk to the train station and water bus station, nice and clean room , and I have to mention , super fast internet. Breakfast will be brought to the room , nice and delicious.

Overall, the room was very lovely quite spacious for a bed-and-breakfast type environment. The staff was so friendly and very accommodating. The room was very clean. The breakfast was wonderful! I would say the only negative was the bathroom layout. We had to walk out into the hallway to use our private bathroom and it didn’t feel very private.

Great stay

Check in was seamless. Beds were comfortable. We loved the location with easy access to the train station and in a little less touristy area. The breakfast brought to our room each morning was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend.

I loved this property, perfect location for easy access from the train and bus station. Very central, a beautiful view (spent an hour this morning just watching the world go by). A lot of space and a host/hostess that knows how to mae you feel welcome but also left alone. Would defo recommend, if you want to make the most of your time in the city.

Venice overnight

We only stayed a couple of nights after a trip to the Dolomites but we were made to feel so welcome. Icing on the cake was the lovely welcome and breakfast brought to our room in the morning. Even though we had to leave early on the 2nd day a light breakfast was left in the fridge for us. The position of the accommodation was ideal. A short walk to the bus stop (we used the number 5 bus to and from the airport) and to the Rialto bridge, it really did feel like you were in the thick of it.

Amazing B&B in Venice

Beautiful, clean B&B with an amazing view of the Canal Grande! Short walk to train station and all parts of Venice. Delicious breakfast served on a cart in our room. Provided wonderful recommendations for dinner. The area around the B&B was perfect for our family, with quiet streets, bridges, restaurants but also outside of the busy tourist areas.

We loved this property! The owner was lovely and so welcoming and helpful. It was very cozy and had such a homey feel vs staying in a hotel. Breakfast was delicious and served in your room. It was walkable from the train station too (even with a big suitcase…but be prepared for cobblestones). We would highly recommend!
