The location of the hotel is great if you are taking vaporetto. The building is new and modern. Breakfast was good, with wide variety of choices. The staff seem short handed, only one front desk was on duty during busy check in/out. When I arrived, the soap/shampoo was empty/not restocked. Staff had limited knowledge of transportation and gave me wrong information (please double check the info for yourself).

Really nice, simple hotel. Brand new, so it is in great condition. Location is good. Not in the center, but only 3 stops from train station. Breakfast was nice, but unfortunately no vegan options at all. Room is great, simple, but pretty large and very comfortable bed. Very nice shower, everything actually works, very clean. Everything so new. They charge to store your luggage, which is not great! Stuff was nice! I definitely recommend this hotel, it's simple, but brand new!

Wonderful property

Wonderful staff, very comfortable room and bed with a great working AC! The included breakfast was by far THE BEST breakfasts we had in ALL of Italy! There are zero views to be had at this location however the convenience of being so close to water taxis, shuttle services and transportation to and from the airport was excellent. Recommend this property to everyone hands down!

The hotel was nice and clean. The building was modern so not located in Venezia center, but is ~20- 25 min walk. The breakfast buffet was nice but nothing extraordinary. Also, they would charge for a lot of stuff that usually is included in hotels. For example our checkout was 11 am and our train was a 1 pm and we asked the staff if it's possible we leave our luggage for 2 hours while we go around the city and they said we had to pay $15. or one night we asked for a plate and they charged us for that. It was only 50 center so it was not about the amount, it was just the gesture that was not very cool. In general, the rooms were clean and comfy so we'd totally recommend it.

We stayed at B&B HOTEL Venezia for our honeymoon in Venice. Both before our arrival and at check-in, we specifically mentioned that we were celebrating our honeymoon. However, in March 2026, the outdoor area was under construction. The welcome at the reception was careless and inattentive. Unfortunately, the room was not fully prepared—many essentials were either missing or incomplete. There were no hot beverages or even basic amenities like drinking water or glasses. The liquid soap was almost empty and ran out completely during our stay. Additionally, there was an exposed electrical cable next to the bathroom mirror, which was concerning. It was also surprising that there were not two full sets of towels. In summary, although the hotel is new and has a good location, our experience was a complete disappointment. The only positive aspects were the restaurant and the staff working there.

I spent 2 nights here which felt like a new hotel. 5 mins walk to get the water bus or land bus. Breakfast from 6:30am which is great when you need an early start but my last morning the waiter setting up made me wait 10 mins until I could start because he hadn't made everything look perfect yet. Overall a good stay though, I would return.

There’s big misunderstanding in the promotion they give in the hotel. It says that you have free parking, but the parking is not available and then you have to park in a public space which is pretty expensive. Moreover, I reserved a room for 4 people and in the counter they made me pay for the other guests when it should be included in the fee for the room (which is four people, more than obvious I believe). Besides that, rooms were clean and staff was nice.

Property was nice and clean. Breakfast that’s included in stay was awful. Didn’t even bother to eat the next day as it was the same exact food. As you come down from your room through a back door into the dining area the woman checking to make sure you are a guest by asking for your room yells at you from across the dining area. No pleasantries. I didn’t even realize with all the noise she was talking with me as I was grabbing a plate. The rest of the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. I liked the location due to the fact that you could hop on the vaparetto before it got crowded. Big plus if you’ve ever been to Venice and need to use the boat taxi.
