Wonderful hotel - stylish and in a fabulous central location. Staff were attentive, room and bathroom luxurious and breakfast plentiful with hot and cold options. I would have given it 5/5 but whilst the sheets and bedding were lovely the bed was quite hard and in need of a mattress topper for a side sleeper like me.

Great hotel in a central location with very friendly staff. The room was good, with a double sink and a large walk in shower, which was a nice touch. When the safe stopped working, reception came up and fixed it straight away, which we really appreciated. The only downsides were that the room was quite warm and we couldn’t get the air con onto cool mode, although there were two windows we could open. We stayed in standard room 106 which wraps around the lift, so it was noisy (not sure who’s using the lift at 3am and if it’s staff they should take the stairs) I’d recommend upgrading the room if possible. Overall a good stay, but 4 stars due to the room temperature and lift noise

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. The room however was very warm, found out on day 2 that the air con was controlled centrally so was sorted by reception as soon as I asked for it to be set to cool instead of heat. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
