Staff was so nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel!! The only problem was the upkeep with the rooms. Beautiful lobby front desk bar area and restaurant was amazing. Needs a big update and cleaning for the rooms. Beds were clean and comfortable.

We found the hotel to be in a good location not too far from the airport, the room was clean and comfortable we managed to get a good nights sleep, the breakfast buffet was a little limited, they offer a shuttle service to the airport for 8euros per person, overall good value for money

It was a modern hotel for the area, but there was no air conditioning in the room. It is at least a 20 minute city bus ride from Venice. I also could not see Venice from the hotel like other reviews. Not sure how that would be possible. The staff spoke English and did provide information needed for the area. It was very cleaned compared to other hotels in the area. The beds were clean a bit hard but we slept well.

The rooms are no frills very basic. The staff is outstanding and so very helpful and friendly. I really appreciated all their help. The shuttle service to the airport is wonderful as well. Beautiful lobby and bar area, basic rooms.

Very clean rooms and hotel. Staff is exceptionally helpful. They have shuttle service for an additional fee . Airport is only 10 minutes away and the provide luggage storage before 2 pm check-in. I thought also was reasonably priced.

Ok so location was amazing. The restaurant was awesome staff was so helpful. I have two massive complaints. 1. For those with mobility issues it is a massive step out of shower. I am 6ft and the step out is above my knee in height. 2. You come to a hotel to sleep. Not here they are prison beds. It was like sleeping on cement and the pillow was laughable. I slept with my plane neck pillow. Give a warning that your beds are insanely firm. At almost 300 euro a night I should be sleeping on a cloud.
