This is a beautiful old villa that just happens to be near the Airport. I can't say that I've been in a more unique Airport hotel. Shuttle service for a fee. Restaurant and bar for guests. Great breakfast also.

As someone who once worked in the hotel industry, I can say this is by far the best place I’ve ever stayed & plan to come back to use it as a home base for exploring Italy north of Venice. The service, food and amenities were top notch. The property is beautiful. It’s an easy 15 minute walk to/from the airport/ferry without luggage (but they have a shuttle for that).

Concierge upon arrival was lovely and prepared. They had the room ready prior to the time that was regular check in and I was able to settle in sooner. Staff were warm and very informative with how to get into the heart of Venice by way of public transit. They were attentive to details when I asked how to arrange for a shuttle back to the airport upon check out. Breakfast was perfect and not over done. The enclosed patio was perfect to enjoy breakfast while I enjoyed my coffee. I look forward to staying here again

The hotel was close to the Venice Marco Polo Airport, whereby we could safely walk the 800m's from and to the airport on a footpath, that was flat. The hotel also did pickup's from the airport, when rung a drop off every half hour. Would happily return to use as an overnight stop over due to its convenience.
