Very close to train station. Ideal for travellers with luggage (travelling to or from other parts of Italy). Hidden in a narrow alley, two minutes walk to Grand Canal but away from the noise of the crowds. Guest House sharing building with Hotel Agli Artisit. Very basic (but adequate) furnishing. Rooms with private bathroom available.

Very affordable hotel. Perfect location when you travel with senior. Small elevator was cute. Breakfast was great! You can hear next room but mostly quiet.

We only stayed one night in room 10 which is the accessible room. It was close to everything and suited us well. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was ample. Only downside was smelly drain and slightly noisy location

Pleasant, Comfortable Room

A nice room, comfortable, good location, friendly staff, reasonable rates, very good breakfast. My only suggestion would have been to be informed that our room was on the 4th floor, requiring 5 flights of steps. Having had knee surgery recently, this was a drawback for me; however, there is a one-person elevator. Be sure to ask about it if needed!

Our room was awful with only very basic equipment. Bathroom ok but needed work on it. Sockets didn’t work where there was a light switch because as soon as you plugged the adaptor in the light went out. The reception area and dining room were better but in general the whole hotel needed a thorough clean and refurbishment. Not impressed and grossly overpriced.

Surprisingly satisfactory for the price. A great value. Hotel is a short walk from the train station and not too far from the port. Porters are available outside train station to take your luggage for 15 to 20 euros. Hotel had fairly large bathroom with shower. And the air conditioning worked! Breakfast was included with 2 servers helping with coffees and teas. Would stay there again for 1 or 2 nights.

First the pros: GREAT location! You are literally minutes walking distance from the train station, the Vaporeto, restaurants, etc The Cons: (1) and this is a major one: When they say they have air conditioning, they DON’T mean year-round! We arrived in mid-to-late April only to discover that the AC would not be available until mid-May. The staff did help by finding us a fan and it was cool at night, but forget about staying in the room during the day or sleeping in and taking a shower! (2) The slowest and one of the smallest lifts in Europe. Be prepared for multiple trips if more than one person with a bag.

No sound isolation at all; I could hear the next door guests' snoring and a phone conversation from the floor below. Water pressure is highly inconsistent. Room was very basic and barren - no fridge or heater, sparse decorations, etc. The room was much worse than other similarly-prices three-star hotels I've stayed at in Italy.

We didn’t like our stay here. Bathroom door latch broke and then we had to call the help as my son was inside. The help came and then broke the door. Next morning, There wasn’t any water supply in the bathroom. The hotel manager then upgraded us to a better room and gave us complimentary breakfast. The elevator is very slow and hardly 2 people can go.

Bem próximo da estação de trem. Muitos restaurantes e mercado próximos. As atrações principais ficam distantes mas dá para ir a pé, caminhando aos poucos e parando para apreciar cada cantinho de Veneza. O quarto estava limpo. Nos deram um upgrade para um quarto que tinha o banheiro interno (eu tinha reservado um externo). Roupa de cama e toalhas limpas, e tinha kit de higiene. O banheiro é antigo, com um box que acaba deixando a água vazar. Não foi um problema para mim pois fiquei apenas uma noite, logo não buscava conforto mas sim praticidade. Os funcionários foram excelentes e nos indicaram um restaurante maravilhoso, com linda vista e preço justo. Não comi o café da manhã pois era pago extra. Recomendo para hospedagens curtas.

Boa hospedagem

Devido o fato que as hospedagens em Veneza são sempre em prédios muitos antigos; o piso do quarto era em madeira bastante barulhenta, com certeza causando muito transtornos no quarto abaixo. O vaso sanitário utiliza excesso de água na descarga, por esse motivo não considero boa sustentabilidade ambiental. No mais ok. Não fiz uso do café da manhã
