Amazing experience! Every staff member we came in contact with was so friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our bags since we arrived well before check-in. They told us our room would be ready before check-in because they were ahead of cleaning schedule and it was ready over an hour early. The room was quite small, small walkway to the bathroom, however, it didn’t bother us and was exactly what we needed - a clean, comfortable bed and a clean room to rest after a long travel day. Bathroom had everything we needed. The walk to/from the train terminal is about 7 minutes, and he had an even shorter walk when taking the water taxi from the airport. I will 100% recommend this boutique hotel to anyone I know traveling to Venice!

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. People were friendly. Good location. However, the room was very small. Toilet and shower too small. Toilet hurt my butt. Couldn’t change the thermostat so I had to open the windows. Two to three floors of stairs, no elevator. No stations on the TV. They don’t allow food or drink in the room but they do provide a little coffee bar. An alright stay for the money, but I’ll pay more for a better room next time…
