Older, but very charming. Excellent location and the staff was wonderful. They don’t have an elevator so we had to carry our luggage up to flights of stairs, but when we checked in the gentleman at the front desk helped carry our luggage. It was a wonderful experience!

Great place in a quiet area. Alan at the front desk was super helpful with recommendations for things to do, places to go and where to eat. It made our trip amazing as it was our first time in Venice, we would definitely stay here again.

Nice and close to the train station. Clean room, quiet with nice bed. Just a couple night stay so basically was a place to sleep and get a little nap during the heat of the day. Helpful staff made for a better experience.

Great little hotel very close to the train station and bus station. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The property was updated and very clean. Fully enclosed shower (which is rare in Europe). Air conditioning was excellent during the heat wave as well as the refrigerator.

Good location in Venice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Albergo hotel. The highlight was definitely the location being close to Grand Canal and Train Station, made walking around the canals simple. The room was smaller than the picture on profile and air conditioner doesn't work. Made came to cleaning the room but, didn't change the coffee cup after we used. The towels they give to us every day was wet! I have to dry it off my self. Had a few stairs to climb with luggage. A solid option for a visit to Venice!

The room was spotless. I highly recommend ordering the breakfast, it was a lot of quality food. The air conditioning in the room worked well. The loaction is withing walking distance of the Train station. There are tables and chairs just outside by the front door where you can sit and enjoy the stay. The best part was of the experience was the staff, making us feel welcome, offering help and information that made our visit to Venice easier and that much better. I highly recommend staying here.

Overall an excellent hotel. The location was great, within a few minutes walk of the train and bus station. Vaporetto stations nearby too but close enough to all the sites to walk, if you are that way inclined, which we are. Probably the best value cafes and restaurant close by the hotel was a bonus too. Breakfast was varied and lovely, although hot drink provisions at breakfast and in the rooms, could be better.

Clean room, great location near train station, but across the canal in Santa Croce. The hotel manager who checked us in took lots of time to tell us all his favorite places and restaurants. Excellent experience. This was my second time staying here, and I would love to come back a third time.

Location is great, not far from the train station. Was easy to drop off bags and go explore. Breakfast was delicious and since I was there for a Sunday it was worth it as most else was closed. Room was clean and adequate. Front desk very helpful even providing a map upon arrival. English widely spoken so no issues with translation. Cash only for city tax and I was checked at the train station for the city permission
