The location was great. It was off the "main drag" so was relatively quiet, yet very easy to get to from the airport. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to all things Venice. I would stay here again.

A cute and cozy hotel located close to San Marco square. The staff went above and beyond even walking me across the bridge to show me where my water bus would be arriving. Answering all my questions no matter how often I asked. I would definitely stay there again if I find myself in Venice. The included breakfast was a pleasant surprise from Expedia.

Rooms are small. Will work for solo travellers only. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Ideal location to just walk outside the canal st within 2 mins and other historical buildings. High speed Internet didn't fail at all. Breakfast service is available but not room service. AC was my biggest concern but it was more than adequate for the room size. Would recommend to solo travellers that would like to be in a very accessible location, have most of the amenities and not break your bank.
