We absolutely loved our stay here! The room was cozy but so beautifully decorated which made it such a fun experience. We were super lucky to get a balcony as well which was a nice addition. Breakfast was delicious and all of the staff were so friendly and kind. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I totally recommend this hotel. The location was perfect. Close enough to all the attractions and quiet at the same time. The staff was amazing always seeking to help if needed. Breakfast has delicious and my cappuccino in the morning with a heart shape made it so special. The room was super clean and the view from my window was incredible watching the gandolas passing by. AMAZING EXPERIENCE. Grazie mille.!

What an excellent location-- steps from the orange line of the water taxi from the airport and easy access to St. Mark's Square. The staff are so friendly, well-versed in multiple languages, and always busy around the property tidying up and keeping everything fresh. My room had an amazing view of the chapel across the street and was well appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel is an excellent value and a welcome landing spot after a much-delayed overnight flight.

Staff were very friendly. Hotel was walking distance to all the tourist sites. 35min ferry ride from Venice St Lucia train station then short walk to get to hotel. Taps in our shower and sink were loose and fiddly to adjust the temperature. Restaurants nearby are quite expensive if on a budget. If you walk a bit further out and explore you will find cheaper fare.

We had a wonderful stay at Albergo Bel Sito e Berlino. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with recommendations and directions, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location is absolutely perfect. It’s just a short walk to St. Mark’s Square while still being tucked away enough to enjoy a quieter, more relaxing atmosphere. We were able to explore Venice easily on foot and by vaporetto. The decor throughout the hotel is beautiful and full of classic Venetian charm. Every room and common area has so much character, making the experience feel authentic and memorable. If you’re looking for a hotel with exceptional service, a fantastic location, and stunning decor, I highly recommend Albergo Bel Sito e Berlino. We would definitely stay here again.

Charming little hotel, clean and very well preserved. Location is great, close enough of Piazza San Marco, but away from the mobs, close to Piazza Giglia and in front of a beautiful basilica you can admire while having breakfast. There is a stop for the vaporetto a couple of blocks from the hotel so that was also very convenient. Breakfast was delicious. Last but not least the staff was very friendly, kind, and accommodating.

Property is very old. Bed was not comfortable at all---mattress way too firm. Nice hot shower. Good location close to shopping. Awesome staff. Helpful in getting us a water taxi to airport but it was really expensive. Hotel needs updating in the rooms. They all are decorated differently with an "old" look, but bedding, mattresses, etc all need to be replaced.

We loved our room incredible view of the statue. At first I wanted to have a view of the river but then I saw the statue and completely changed my mind! We got off the public boat transportation and stopped at the Giglio stop and walked about 100 ft and the hotel was right there! So easy and saved us a lot not getting a private taxi. Front desk attendant, Tony was wonderful so many great recommendations! We loved our stay super convenient to everything and breakfast was great!
