Calm and quiet island area across from Piazza San Marco. Recommend buying a day or couple day passes for water taxi to cross over daily to the other side. We loved this place and highly recommend it!

Hotel room was very large and made for a great space to accommodate our family, however there were a few things that needed to be improved if this is to actually be a Luxury hotel. Lighting was poor, very very high humidity with any AC running, we had to turn it all off at night to sleep comfortably. there wasn’t much in the way of luxury with the amenities. 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms was nice to have but the one room had a pull out couch not an actual bed and in the “master” bedroom it was not a King Size bed as indicated on the ad it was 2 x twin beds pushed together, which did not make for the best evening sleep. Location was good island was peaceful and a great jumping off point. Large space if you’re traveling with a large group or family but I wouldn’t stay again.

The apartment is wonderful. Clean and comfortable. There are lots of restaurants along the waterway. Know before you go, this is not on the main part of Venice, but across the lagoon. There is no way to walk there. Water taxi from train station or airport is available for a price.

Absolutely loved this place and would absolutely stay here again should we travel back to Venice & surrounding. It was so nice to get away from the business and have this nice & quiet repreive. The apartment was lovely- clean, quiet and spacious. The only thing that would've been nice would have been to have a sofa or a couple of chairs in the living area, along with the dining table, since we were a family of four. That is simply a suggestion and in no way would hinder us from staying here again. We absolutely loved it and the process from check-in to check -out was seamless! Thank you, Al Redentore!

We had a great stay. The room was clean, everything worked as it should. Felt right at home. The view from our room was spectacular. The staff responded quickly to even the smallest of needs. There are a few markets, and several cafes and restaurants in easy walking distance. Loved our time here!

Great property enjoyed our stay - would come back

Pros: super property - everything inside the property was brilliant. Charming island away from crowds - experience local Venetian life - less touristy. Cons: As no guest services on site they ask for passport details and credit cards via email in advance which isn't safe security practice (they need to find a safe way to improve this) Expensive ferry to island from main town Limited dining options on island compared to main town.

Ser mas claros en las instrucciones

Nos fue muy bien. Pero honestamente. Nosotros nunca habíamos ido a Venecia así que nos hubiera gustado que las instrucciones para llegar fueran mas claras. Pues no teníamos ni idea como tomar el taxi bus, como pagarlo etc. Y se nos complicó más pues llegamos casi a las 11pm con 3 niños pequeños. Por otro lado nadie nos hizo limpieza del cuarto. No se si en realidad nunca se ofreció dentro de lo contratado. Pero para nosotros que somos extranjeros estamos muy acostumbrados a tener ese servicio. Sin embargo el lugar es precioso. estupenda vista, la comunicación con el anfitrión fue fluida por mail... solo añadiría tener comunicación vía whats app y tener mas consideración paras las instrucciones de la gente que sea su primera vez en Venecia.

En ekstra dag i Venedig

Vi blev fanget i Venedig og skulle bruge en overnatning, stedet her var stort, kunne rumme os alle 5 og var fornuftig i pris. Samtidig så det jo fantastisk ud. Der er dog en del spildplads i værelserne, dørene binder og vandet smager og lugter af klor, men det er jo nok fordi det ligger i Venedig og vandet skal renses på en billig måde. Lejligheden er godt udstyret og der er masser af plads, samt 2 badeværelser, den ene med badekar den anden med bruser. 2 sovesofaer og en dobbeltseng. Stedet ligger på den separate ø, så vi havde en ekstra udgift ved at skulle tage taxi båd derud og en bus båd retur morgenen efter. Jeg kunne dog stadig sagtens booke et ophold der igen, for selve stedet er flot og det er rent, og selvom vi kom sent og ikke havde alle vores dokumenter med os, da vi ikke havde planlagt en 2 dages tur til Venedig, så bevar de venlige at lukke os ind, give os kode til døren og lod mig sende alt hvad vi kunne af dokumenter efter indtjekning. Tusind tak for det! Ps. Der er lidt lavt til loft i nogle af værelserne. 😅
