“Muy buena atención, muy amables”

“The apartment was intimate, cozy, and overall clean. Check in was smooth and level of security was good. With all this said there were opportunities of improvement: 1. Unfortunately, there was an ink stained towel awaiting us in the bathroom. More towels were provided to us but yet again we found the same issue. 2.

“Not at all what we reserved here on expedia, not even the same place, no views of the volcano. We paid for a little apartment with a king bed and parking and we got a double bed with no parking. The street was hard to park on, there wasn’t any place. It was clean and comfortable, the people were nice and welcoming, but it wasn’t what we paid for.”
