Friendly staff and good price but reeked of smoke

Friendly staff and a good price. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a little kitchenette. But our bathroom smelt so bad of smoke we had to keep the door closed and hold our breath when we went in there. I'm not sure how but it seemed like the smoke smell got worse the longer we were there. We finally asked to move rooms but they didn't have anything else available. I also tried to get an additional pillow but they didn't have any available.

Une belle nuit du samedi 11 octobre. On nous demande une caution en autorisation bancaire pas de soucis. Le rendu de cette caution devait se faire le lundi 13 octobre Ă  midi mais aujourd'hui nous sommes le jeudi 16 octobre et ma caution n est toujours pas rendu 😡😡😡😡. Encore mieux ce vendredi nous y retournons (on avait rĂ©servĂ© ce lundi me disant que d ici mardi max la caution serait rendu) bien sĂ»r une caution est dĂ©jĂ  prĂ©lever en plus de celle du dernier sĂ©jour 😂😂😂😡😡😡.

L'accueil était sympa, les chambres petites mais c'est normal pour ce prix. On a trÚs bien dormi. Bonne literie, calme, petit déjeuner trÚs bien. Seul petit bémol, le parking. Séjour trÚs désagréable

Mon expĂ©rience a Ă©tĂ© particuliĂšrement dĂ©cevante et marquĂ©e par une situation inacceptable. DĂšs ma premiĂšre nuit j'ai Ă©tĂ© rĂ©veillĂ© par des dĂ©mangeaisons et piqures sur le corps, m'alertant sur la prĂ©sence de punaises de lit dans ma chambre n°16. AprĂšs avoir signalĂ© le problĂšme Ă  la rĂ©ception , le personnel a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©actif et m'a proposĂ© une autre chambre. Bien que cette proposition ait Ă©tĂ© apprĂ©ciĂ©, cela n'a pas suffi Ă  compenser le dĂ©sagrĂ©ment causĂ© par cette situation. Je suis déçu par l'absence de prise en charge de la part de la direction de l'hĂŽtel. A aucun moment j'ai reçu d'excuses formelles, ni compensation pour le dĂ©sagrĂ©ment subis. Je m'attendais Ă  un meilleur service client et Ă  une gestion plus efficace de ce type de problĂšme. Je conseille aux futurs clients d'ĂȘtre prudent et de vĂ©rifier la propretĂ© de leur chambre Ă  leur arrivĂ©e. En espĂ©rant que cette situation sera prise au sĂ©rieux pour amĂ©liorer l'accueil et le confort des futurs clients

Equipe agrĂ©able ils ont fait le nĂ©cessaire et plus. Petit dej pas chĂšre mais a part le jus d'orange et les croissants+ fromage il y a rien d'autre.
