Older remodeled hotel that offers coffee, tea, snacks, and even ice cream during the day. Breakfast selections were great and staff is extremely nice and helpful.

Great, friendly Staff who went out of their way to help these helpless Americans (my wife and I) on foreign, but friendly soil. The hotel was charming and easy to get around the beautiful surroundings. Will most definitely stay there again if the situation arises to do so.

Great stay

Very nice, beautiful hotel in an old building. We received a spacious family room with a four-poster bed and a balcony. We loved the room but the mattresses in kids beds were a bit hard and we would have preferred blackout curtains.

It is an old hotel and is well overdue for a major refurbishment. The room was okay clean but the hotel lobby is dated and feels / smells of damp. The free breakfast was very good and it is literally opposite the main train station and it is convenient for travel.

The amenities, staff and location are fantastic. The only downside is that it is clearly an older hotel. There was a musty smell that appeared to be mold or mildew. For those with allergies it might cause issues.

Super netter Empfang und wundervoll freundliches Personal! Das Hotel in altem Gemäuer ist renoviert und modern eingerichtet, hat aber überall den „alten“ Charme beibehalten. Die Lage gegenüber des Bahnhofs, fußläufig zu Ladengeschäften und des kleinen Sees ist toll. Allerdings gibt es keine Parkplätze am Hotel, nur öffentliche Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

Hyggelig weekend

2 overnatninger på gammelt, hyggeligt hotel med yderst serviceminded personale. Dejlig morgenmad med mange valgmuligheder. Sengene ernrul den bløde side, men det er jo en smagssag. Ligger lige ved siden af stationen og bylivet lige rundt om hjørnet. 5-10 minutters gang til Slottsøen og Koldinghus. Kommer gerne igen!
