What a lovely apartment/hotel. Super nice staff and a great breakfast in the morning. The penthouse apartment was easy one of the nicest places I ever stayed in. Highly recommend 😀

It was all in all really good. The bathroom curtains should be washed with kalkfjerner, the brown/black edges are really not nice. You are a green hotel, so why do you have the two bedside lamps on when guests arrive, really not necessary. The bacon at breakfast should not be on the warm liver paté,, as there are people allergic to liver but would have loved some bacon. But these are details, noth8ng we complain about, just in case if you want to get even better.

Top Penthouse Apartment

Wir haben als Familie mit Kleinkind das Penthouse Apartment gebucht. Alles war super sauber und wir hatten viel Platz. Traumhafter Blick über den Hafen, fußläufig in die Stadt, Parkplätze direkt am Hotel (etwa 30 Stk) ohne weitere kosten nutzbar. Frühstück war auch super, alles 5 Sterne. Jedoch hat hotels.com es nicht geschafft die willkommens SMS / Email mit dem check in Daten vom Hotel an mich weiter zu leiten, um auch nach 19 uhr einchecken zu können. Dafür kann die Unterkunft jedoch nichts, der Code für die Türkarte konnte mit einem Anruf im Hotel selbst geklärt werden. Großer minus Punkt für Hotels.com da hier keine Hilfe über den KI Chat zu erwarten ist.
