Overall, very good. The cleanliness of the shower/bathtub could be improved somewhat. We received some dirty cutlery and coffee cups. Other than that, nothing to complain about. All the staff we interacted with were very nice and friendly.

We had a LARGE comfortable room for family of 4. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Can recommend and would love to come back!

Near Vejle bus and train station. But really small rooms and a 3’by3’ shower curtain. Noisy street so windows cannot be opened. Noisy guests as well as rooms are not very sound proofed. Nice restaurants.

Great lobby and lounge areas with a selection of different food to choose from . Room pretty disappointing very small and in need of updating , too much furniture ensured it was difficult to move around. Bathroom VERY Spartan and outdated drains smelt pretty bad. Overall poor value for the cost of the room

On the hottest day of the year, I booked this room thinking that, of course, a Best Western would have working air conditioning. Ten minutes after booking, I walked to the check-in counter to double-check if the a/c was working and they said no. On the spot I asked for a cancellation/refund and without any empathy, I got a hard no. Literally 10 minutes after booking, instead of being a human they refused the cancellation and refund and told me to contact Expedia to take care of it. So I called... and I went through at least 5 agents to request the refund that the hotel property told me to get via the Expedia agent. These people are greedy. I book hotels via Expedia for 10 months out of the year, and this is the first negative review I've had to leave. Should the hotel decide to honor their word and give me a full refund, I will then retract my review.

Restauranten og morgenmaden var gode, og personalet var hjælpsomt. Bortset fra det lugtede værelset fugtigt, og der kravlede edderkopper på væggene. Udenfor havde vinduet udsigt til en byggeplads med en grim lugt. Parkering foran hotellet var ret dyrt.

Relativt dyrt för vad man får, extremt avskalat med vandrarhemsststus, men utan tillgång till kök och saker som vattenkokare mm. Men sängarna, och speciellt kuddarna, var mycket bra.

Simpelt værelse med en god seng. Morgenmaden var den bedste hotelmorgenmad vi har fået længe! Det var også dejlig nemt at spise aftensmad i restauranterne i Torvehallerne. Vi kommer gerne igen! 😊

Herligt ophold og herligt personale. Super central

Overnattede fra onsdag til søndag til DGI Landsstævne. Super hyggeligt atmosfære på hotellet og helt igennem dejligt personale ~ stor ros til dem ! Super central beliggenhed lige ud til Kirtketorvet, hvor vi skulle gå fra til Åbningsmarch med DGI. Og tak for dejlig "skrub-af kaffe" ;-)

Ophold med hund

Sødt og venligt personale. Dog lettere uprofessionel betjening i restauranten, hvor min mad blev serveret inden jeg var færdig med min before-dinner-drink, så jeg fik kold pizza!! Behageligt værelse med absolut kun den allermest fornødne "forplejning" (shampoo, håndsæbe og hårtørrer). Anbefaler man selv sørger for et kostesæt eller støvsuger, da man ved at fravælge daglig rengøring slet ikke har mulighed for at holde værelset rent. Det har jeg ikke prøvet før, når jeg har haft min hund med på hotel. Ellers hyggelig stemning og dejligt centralt beliggende i Vejle.

Hotel med udfordringer, men loungeområde super

Havde bestilt et queen-size værelse, som lå på 3. sal med skråvægge. Der lugtede indelukket og af kloak. Den ene natlampe virkede ikke, men på opfordring over for receptionisten blev det fixet med det samme. Mega gode senge. Gulvet ude på gangen knirkede voldsomt meget. Der var roligt. Personalet - de var meget venlige. Vi undrede os dog over, at ‘Best Western’ var streget over, og at der ingen steder overhovedet stod ‘Best Western’ hotel … Loungeområdet (Torvehallerne) skal til gengæld have top dollar stjerner. Hyggelige omgivelser og dejlig stemning. Meget imødekommende personale og dejlig mad på den italienske restaurant.
