We loved our stay here, mostly because the room was so comfortable. We had windows on two sides with a balcony and a beautiful view, the bed was very comfortable and there were 2 nice extra pillows. The bathroom was excellent, with the most amazing shower and nice towels. Breakfast was very good too with a large selection of items.

Great stay. Hotel is very nice and service was amazing. Our room had unfortunately catastrophic beds (the other bed was amazing though, we were 4). But other than that the hotel is very modern and nice and would recommend 100%.

The Best Western Plus Hotel in Frederecia was fantastic. Parking and arrival were easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was good, but a bit dated, but nothing I would fret about. The breakfast buffet was amazing. There is a gym & pool facility adjacent to the hotel and it provides free access for hotel guests. There is a playground and fitness course in front. There is a walking trail that leads to a playground. The only negative is that there isn't a lot within walking distance of the hotel, but there is plenty within a short drive. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for others in the future.

Hotel employees using charging stations

We did a detour and chose this hotel due to the charging opportunity. When we arrived late in the evening all stations occupied and the receptionist with night duty admitted he had one of the cars parked for charging. He did not offer to move his car but said there were some more charging options in the area with a good walk back to the hotel..

Personal looked tired and not very interested. It says they got a swimmingpool but it was another pool and you had to be there exactly between a certain hours and the next day the pool opened after checkout so that feel like a scam.

Fine stay

The room was fine, but could get hot due to no AC or possibility to open the window properly. Shower corner is designed badly and the bathroom floor can get too wet, and there is nothing to dry it besides one towel. Hard to hang the towel anywhere though, so it gets wet and never dries. Wish there was a fridge in the room. Otherwise the beds where nice, cast feature on the TV was great, staff was friendly. Couls visit again.

Highly misleading facilities

Very nice personnel on site, however the hotel's advertisement is wildly misleading. First, it's advertised with swimming pool and water park for children. This is not true, the hotel has no pool or spa area at all. Instead, there is a public swimming center across the parking lot, where you get free entrance. Further, the water park in the swimming center, has been closed for 8 months already for renovation, and won't be opened again until August in 2024. Yet it is advertised as one of the first photographs on the hotels page. The only option for swimming is currently a very busy, cold-water olympic swimming pool, with lanes full of sports swimmers. Certainly not a place for small kids. In addition, the suite room is advertised as having a terrace, though in reality, this is just a paved pathway running past the room around the hotel, and up to the parking lot. No furniture, fencing or anything. Again, the personnel on site is very nice, but the dishonesty of the management is appalling. We booked the hotel exclusively because of the swimming / spa facilities because our 6 yearold loves that kind of stuff. So it was naturally a great disappointment for the family. There's a huge difference between a private swimming facilities only for hotel guests, and a free-for-all, crowded swimming center open to the general public. Even worse with the main attraction, the water park, being closed for renovation. It's false advertising, plain and simple.
The "terrace" which is actually just a path running outside the room and up to the parking lot. No fencing or furniture.
