Good value for price. Staff very helpful. Breakfast plentiful. Rooms are small but bed comfortable. I managed to swim laps for 30 minutes in the small pool. The sauna after the swim was a nice treat.

Wierd place and never ever there

I came after the midnight but hotel was closed eventhough it was written on hotels.com that check in anytime. There was info tk call and i try, i speng 30 min untill somine pick up the phone. Hotel was full of cars. They answer for parking request after checkout, disaster. I try to find contact on Google, auto messege and then call was end..

Lovely but..

The hotel is very quaint and feels very typical of the area, although the rooms are basic when compared to the big chain hotels, they serve the purpose, the beds are comfortable and the water is hot. The food in the restaurant was of a fantastic quality and the portions were somewhat enormous, but it was nice to eat traditional foods, not the same as anywhere in the world. my only cause for dropping the star was the strange waste bag alongside the toilet which was not empty when I arrived and contained possibly something very unpleasant. which during my stay even after requesting something be done with said bag, nothing was, rooms were not dressed during the stay, and towels not refreshed at all. the hotels.com status was not rewarded in the hotel, considering I did book two rooms, for myself and a colleague. I would stay there again if I have another visit to the area.

Jeg ønsker at give en ærlig tilbagemelding efter mit seneste ophold hos jer – en oplevelse, som desværre efterlod et klart indtryk af, at både restaurant og hotel trænger til et markant løft. Måltidet i restauranten var en skuffelse af en sådan kaliber, at jeg simpelthen måtte lade det stå. Den serverede fladfisk var stegt i så meget fedtstof, at den fremstod slimet og uspiselig. Persillesovsen – hvis man overhovedet kan kalde det det – bestod af en tynd, mælkelignende væske med persille drysset ovenpå, helt uden smag og uden den mindste balance. Kartoflerne var kedelige og tilsyneladende overkogte, og tilbehøret – herunder gulerødder og pastinak – føltes fejlplaceret og ude af kontekst for en klassisk fiskeret. Den samlede servering virkede rodet, ufærdig og slet ikke gennemtænkt. Det får mig ærligt talt til at stille spørgsmålstegn ved, om der står faglært personale i køkkenet. Desværre afspejlede selve hotellet samme tendens. Det fremstår mørkt, nedslidt og uinspireret – som en tidslomme, der ikke er blevet opdateret i over 30 år. Belysning, indretning og generelt vedligehold giver en følelse af, at standard og komfort ikke længere er i fokus. Som gæst, der rejser mere end 100 dage om året, har jeg et bredt sammenligningsgrundlag – og denne oplevelse lever ikke op til det niveau, man bør kunne forvente, hverken af et moderne hotel eller dets restaurant.
