We loved our stay! The pool was quiet and clean. The room was small but very comfortable Lots of great restaurants nearby, I highly recommend La Cabane just a short walk away, we had breakfast every morning at this cozy outdoor spot. We really enjoyed Lola’s and the weekend market on the corner

Vr Beachwalk was an amazing property. It was walkable to the beach and many great restaurants. The buildings were great and the pool amazing. The main road getting to the town is horrible, we got a flat tire, but you get used to it.

The room was very clean and once in the facility, we had no complaints. It is an intimate space off the beaten path with walking access to a small market and a couple restaurants. The beach is NOT a walkable distance but easy to get to by car. The roads are horrible - be prepared. Apple Maps worked better than Google Maps for getting us around the detour mentioned below. However, the communication breakdown caused a lot of stress. We never received the access codes for check-in. Due to a terribly marked detour, we were forced to go in circles and tried to contact the property with no response. We managed to get to the property and only by the grace of another guest (who just happened to be getting in their car) and her limited English, were we able to finally contact the property. (Thank you Andrea!).

Good for family , accessible area to beach and restaurants . 2 bedroom unit is unique could use additional mirror as it was hard for a family of four to get ready at the same time . Drying items / towels is difficult not enough hooks provided and unit does not get sun

The property was amazing! It was walking distance to some very great restaurants and to the beach. The walk was on a narrow dirt road with quite a bit of traffic so you need to be careful. I've been in these types of situations so it didn't bother me, however you need to use caution to your comfortability. It can be difficult to get taxis for transportation.

This is 30 minutes drive, 17km, from Tamarindo main town and beach. You will need a car to use this place well. The road to this place is under construction, but for now is a dirt road. You can walk to the beach but it is more than 10 minutes with a lot of obstacles. The property and pool are great, I had a full kitchen and 2 rooms. The TV has not been connected yet.

The resort is gorgeous. The rooms are clean , beds are very comfortable. Definitely Great to have the pool right outside the door. Odd set up for the 2 bdr villas.. when you enter through the gate you have a common outside small table and 4 chairs and on each side of that is a sliding door..to the right ...a kitchen with 2 single beds and TV, no bathroom. So whoever is in that room has to come through the queen bedroom with people sleeping to use bathroom . On the left queen bedroom and bathroom, no tv. So when those people go to bed no tv to watch. Also, the shower is outside which was cool, but the door to the bathroom is locked and if you wanted to leave it open ..there was just enough gap for lizards and bugs to come in . And no hooks to hang your towel and clothes. The units definitely need more hooks to hang towels up or a retractable clothes line. We had all our stuff drapped all over the chairs in the common outdoor space. Which was hard to sit at as they were all covered in wet stuff. Also needs more hanging hooks for clothes in other room with the kitchen ....and more cutlery options like a good cutting knife , bottle opener, wine opener ..etc. Basic utensils only, no dish soap to wash dishes

There was building construction all day across the street which looks like it will be going on for some time. Our unit was new and not fully finished no mirror hanging in the bathroom. I expect to have an equipped kitchen to at least make breakfast there were no supplies: turner, pan, big knives, scissor etc. which forced us to have to purchase food out. The walk to the beach was a long way having us drive and pay for parking. I guess from other experiences I expected more.

From the get go we had issues. There's no reception desk or concierge service, no one on sight. First we were given the wrong room number, we were also given the wrong code to enter the property. The person who is supposed to be the point person to call for issues was nice but rarely answered her phone or texts...then we saw the layout. What was supposed to be a suite was actually just 2 rooms, one had the kitchen and the other had the bathroom with a small shared patio in between..Our ceilings leaked, through the light fixtures... we had a wasps nest that I mentioned daily to no effect. we were told the room would be cleaned every 3rd day. Well day 3 came around and nothing.. No one cleaned our rooms until I spotted the cleaning lady and begged her to take out our trash and mop the floor which she did. We had no soap in the shower and limited toilet paper for the bathroom. As often as I texted management I rarely got a quick answer or a response at all. All in all I would not recommend this place to anyone especially families with young children. It's new yet poorly built. The only good thin I can say is the swimming pools were clean and the perfect temp.

Please beware this place has a bug infestation and it’s so hard to get in and communicate with the people for the code. We couldn’t even stay because it was inhabitable. I reached out directly and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Please save your time and money! my family had to look for another place around three in the morning. Such a hassle

Les chambres séparés par la court intérieur est super. La piscine est super le soir. Mais sur les photos il y avait 2 lits dans une des chambres mais en fait les 2 chambres en ont 1. Le check in de Expedia était à midi mais en réalité on n’a pas pu faire le check in avant 15h00. La route pour se rendre est dans ce secteur est ok mais très poussiéreux.
