Great hotel with superb customer service and hospitality. The rooms are super clean and updated, with comfortable beds and pillows. Lovely space to relax for breakfast and coffee.

Perfect stay

Perfect stay. Clean comfortable and very good beds. Breakfast was ok as well. The only downside was getting the keys, as booking through Hotels.com doesn’t work good for the owner. But we called him, and he was there 2 minutes later.

Ruhiges Hotel, Frühstück ist OK. Leider hat beim Check-In die Kartenzahlung nicht funktioniert. Zum Glück war noch jemand vor Ort, der den Check-In dann persönlich vorgenommen hat.

Tandkräm i vendingmaskinen :-)

Allt var tillfreds. Vi hade dock glömt köpa tandkräm och i den vendingmaskin som fanns tillgänglig skulle det vara bra om det fanns annat är sötsaker och drycker. Bara ett tips!

Gewollt aber nicht gekonnt

Zuerst die guten Seiten: Das Hotel wurde offensichtlich renoviert. Die Zimmer sind schick eingerichtet - die Betten bequem - das Internet sehr schnell. Das war es leider auch schon mit den positiven Dingen... Das Einchecken war eine Katastrophe: Es hieß, dass die Rezeption bis 20 Uhr besetzt ist. Um 17:45 Uhr war aber keiner mehr da. Ich stand vor einem verschlossenem Hotel. Anrufen ging nicht - es gab nur eine Whattsapp-Nummer. Über Google habe ich dann die Rufnummer herausgefunden und jemanden ans Telefon bekommen. Prompt kam auch ein Mitarbeiter an die Tür und öffnete mir. Der war aber nicht sehr gesprächig - alle Infos, die ich für meinen Aufenthalt benötigte, musste ich ihm aus der Nase ziehen. Im Zimmer angekommen stellte ich fest, dass man das Zimmer nicht verdunkeln konnte (keine Jalousien/Rolläden). Und dann schien auch über die ganze Nacht ein Scheinwerfer genau in mein Zimmer. Schlafen konnte ich glücklicherweise dennoch. Morgens war ich dann um 7 Uhr im Frühstücksraum. Aber erst dann begann die Servicekraft, das Frühstücksbuffet aufzubauen. Andere Gäste warteten auch schon ungeduldig. Nach 10 Minuten habe ich es dann aufgegeben und stopfte mir notgedrungen meine beiden pappigen aufgebackenen Aldi-Brötchen mit billigem Aufschnitt rein. Tee gab es leider nur auf dem Zimmer aber nicht beim Frühstück... usw. Ich habe in diesem Jahr ca. 70 Mal im Hotel geschlafen - dieses Hotel ist leider das schlechteste, was ich erlebt habe. Zimmer OK - Service mangelhaft. Nie wieder
