New hotel just about 4months old. It was very good resort. Great view. And staff were very friendly. Roshan in restaurant was very nice person.

The location of the property was amazing. However, the resort lacked activities for the price they were charging. High-tea was not part of the package, which was later included upon insisting. They should have managed to get permission for boating in the lake, that would have been amazing. Food was average, did not feel Taj class! there is scope for improvement in quality and quantity. Spa was excellent.

Beautiful property, Bad Food and Good Staff

The property is beautiful and service is excellent. Rooms are spacious and staff is courteous! Hotels offers a breakfast + dinner option which I booked. The dinner spread is terrible with no starters and cold food with few options, They serve dinner with a mentality as they are doing a favor. It is the worst among all other Taj properites. Better to order from the menu. Discourage selecting this option while booking rooms. It would be better if they offer only breakfast with rooms so they are not stingy when it comes to dinner buffet.

Our stay at The Taj Hotel in Wayanad was nothing short of magical. Nestled in the heart of Wayanad’s lush green hills, the hotel offers an unparalleled sense of tranquility. The serene surroundings, with their breathtaking views and peaceful ambiance, made it the perfect escape from the chaos of daily life. The food was an absolute highlight of our visit. From sumptuous local delicacies to international cuisine, every meal was a feast for the senses.
