“Muy centrico”

“Todo muy bien ”

“The private bathroom was so big and so was the rest of the space. The A/C worked great and the room was so comfortable with private amenities. There were many security gates and I felt very safe there. Flavia was so lovely and helpful with the language barrier and setting up taxis. I would stay here if I travel to Rome again.”

“The location was great if you are planning to use the train a lot. It is right across the street from termini station. Building is old and not really updated but was fine for what we needed. (Mold in the shower but otherwise fairly clean for an old building) But just know that they require the city tax ($6 per person per night) in euros when checking in. We just came from the airport and didn't have time to get euros yet. They made me go down the street and find a place to exchange money before...

“On Expedia we click for hotels with shuttle service. So we decided on this one. Well when we asked about how to get shuttle from airport. They said they didn’t have one. And could set us up with one for 80 Euros each way. So we contacted Expedia about this problem. They said they would look into it. So far nothing back. We asked for refund because listing was misleading about shuttle. So far nothing back Expedia or hotel. Very disappointed in both.”

“The bed matrass was to firm for my taste”
