The Hotell Park was excellent. The hotel and the cottage in which we stayed were beautifully decorated. The breakfast bar was wonderful. And the owners/staff were so friendly and helpful. I would stay again in this hotel if we visit the area.

Absolutely wonderful! Beautiful property within walking distance to the city center. Our room was very comfortable with a private bath and a view of a small park across the street. Hotell Park is a beautifully decorated, homey property. The breakfast was fabulous with a variety of food to choose from. The staff were very accommodating and kind. We walked to a restaurant for dinner that evening, which was very good. There are quite a few different restaurants to choose from within walking distance from the hotel. I walked around the area by our hotel, and took some pictures of of the beautiful homes and buildings in Västervik, and just loved it. I felt very safe walking by myself, and enjoyed it immensely. Västervik was one of my favorite spots to stay while we were in Sweden. I would highly recommend staying at Hotell Park, if you enjoy a quaint, quiet, and peaceful location.
