Comfortable hotel

The only Scandic Hotel in VÀsterÄs. Polite staff, easy check-in and very service minded staff in the restaurant when we wanted to dine on the hotel instead downtown due to heavy rain... good food. Comfortable beds in a family room. Basic toilet/shower. Good places to hang clothes. Downside, maybe not the biggest play room for the kids but you had video games, soccer table and the play room with toys and crayons.

The stay was fine, the hotel was in good condition and the rooms were great. Only drawback was the unfriendly staff at breakfast one of the days. The food was ok, but the staff was irritable and not particularly friendly.

Jag vill ha riktigt bacon, fler i utbudet av fil/youghurt, croissanter som Ă€r fĂ€rska, inte hĂ„rda och torra, annars Ă€r det ok. Förra vistelsen hittade jag en tub glidsalvs mellan sĂ€ngarna, Ă€ckligt, den hĂ€r gĂ„ngen tilldelades vi ett ostĂ€dat rum, med skitiga lakan osv. OcksĂ„ Ă€ckligt. Personalen i receptionen Ă€r jĂ€ttetrevliga och tillmötesgĂ„ende, stort plus dĂ€r. StĂ€dandet Ă€r inte bra, se ovan. Denna gĂ„ng var det mycket barnfamiljer och fullt liv i korridoren till sent. Hade gĂ€rna haft fler kanaler pĂ„ tv: n ocksĂ„, men det Ă€r mest pip och gnĂ€ll! 😁
