Good standard away from city centre

I chose this place because it is within walking distance from the aviation museum with its veteran flights. Else, this is an industrial area with nothing to offer. The city bus takes 15 minutes from the railway station. Check-in was unmanned, but worked fine. The room was small but newly renovated, with a good size bathroom. There was a desk and tv. Coffee machine in the breakfast room. A proper (cold) breakfast, with many choices, was served. If you want a good room with a good breakfast at a good price and don't mind being away from the city centre this is the place for you.

Cheap but comfortable

The hotel is away from the city but is cheap and comfortable. The room was a little tired but otherwise the stay was good. For the price you cannot go far wrong, particularly with en suite facilities.

I stayed here one night for work, and while the room itself was fine and clean, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for women traveling alone. There were no staff members on-site during my stay, and the area around the property felt quite dark and isolated at night. I know this is more of a budget option, but I personally didn’t feel safe coming and going after dark. I managed to get some rest, but overall I wouldn’t choose this location again when traveling solo.

Bestilte enkelt rom til kr 600,- inkludert frokost. Så forventet ikke det mest fasjonable hotellet. Ikke betjent resepsjon, men fikk god intruskjon om hvordan å få nøkkel. Ble også litt skeptisk når jeg kom og så hotellet. Men innsjekking gikk greit, rommet var enkelt men helt greit og meget rent. Froksoten var også meget god. Så alle mine tvil var feid til side. Hadde booket kun for en natt, da de var fullbooket men etter en liten samtale med de kunne jeg beholde rommet for to netter til. Så dette var helt fint! Kommer tilbake og de har leding neste gang jeg er i Västerås.
