Surprisingly one of the best hotels I've stayed at

Excellent service, friendly staff, clean environment, very nice food. The rooms are a bit small but everything else is 10/10.

Since my wife's stomach is not taking usual filter coffee too well, we asked for an espresso or cappucino. But the service guy said, that they don't have such a machine. Maybe it would be a good idea to invest in a machine that can make different kinds of coffee (like other hotels already did years ago). For the benefit of my wife and of course for the benefit of all other guests opting for breakfast at the hotel. Thank you.

Enkelt hotell som var perfekt för oss. Vi var i sporthallen bredvid sÄ det enda vi behövde var frukost och sovplats. Helt ok för det ÀndamÄlet. Vill man ha ett hotell för en mysig övernattning skall man vÀlja ett annat hotell.

Det var inget fel pÄ rummet. Men indragningen av personal var ju förskrÀckligt!! En glad och mycket trevlig flicka fick sköta allt sjÀlv,incheckning,baren,köket ,restaurangen med allt vad det innebÀr. Den stackaren hann ju inte fÄ fram maten i tid,och heller inte duka av samt torka bord mm. SÄdana indragningar straffar sig över tid dÄ man inte kan rekommendera detta och inte Äka dit sjÀlv heller. Synd och trÄkigt för en sÄdan flicka som trots allt höll humöret pÄ topp.

Helt ok frukost. Perfekt lĂ€ge för event pĂ„ Experia Arena. Aningen litet rum, men vi skulle ”bara” sova, sĂ„ det rĂ€ckte gott och vĂ€l för oss. Lite smal dubbelsĂ€ng (skulle gissa 140-150 cm), detta med tanke pĂ„ att jag delade den med en vĂ€n och inte min partner.

VÀnligt hotell för alla med eller utan hund.

Frukosten var mycket god. Speciellt var apelsin juicen utmÀrkt! Rummet Àr ganska litet, och vi hade föredragit tvÄ separata sÀngar. En sÀnglampa var trasig. Hotellet Àr hundvÀnligt med handdukar för att torka tassarna och vi fick en vattenskÄl för vÄr hund i receptionen, och ett allmÀnt mycket vÀnligt bemötande.

Ingen AC, rummet som bastu!

Rummet har ingen AC och hela andra vÄningen kÀnns som en bastu nÀr man kommer upp trappan, rummet Àr Ànnu vÀrre, omöjligt att sova eller existera i den nÀr det Àr soligt ute, borde inte kunna fÄ ha öppet under sommaren. Finns en gammal golvflÀkt som cirkulerar varmt luft.. rumstemperaturen var nog högre Àn ute.
