Brit Hotel not helpful during emergency situation. Not responding to emails and calls prior to check in. Customers stayed outside the hotel waiting too long for calls and customers kept knocking the door to check in and no one opens the door. Customers no choice but look for another hotel in the middle of the night. Cancelled 2nd day check in due to bad experiences and upsetting situation with Brit hotel. Hotel.com must cancel contract with them.

Bonjour, nous avons Ă©tĂ© déçus de notre sĂ©jour. Bien que le personnel ait Ă©tĂ© charmant et le petit dĂ©jeuner copieux, la chambre n Ă©tait pas confortable (pas de Clim en ce dĂ©but de canicule, fenĂȘtres difficiles Ă  ouvrir, insonorisation insuffisante vis Ă  vis des autres chambres, bruit fort intermittent toutes les heures (machinerie ?), robinetterie de la douche, pas de savon dans le distributeur de douche, une ampoule dĂ©faillante pour le lit parental). Contrairement Ă  l annonce la rĂ©ception n’était pas ouverte aux horaires indiquĂ©s sur internet. Pour les autres clients, merci de remĂ©dier Ă  ces dysfonctionnements.

HÎtel trÚs bien situé confortable et accueillant

Bonjour tout le monde j'ai trouvĂ© l'hĂŽtel trĂšs sympathique bien situĂ© pas loin de la nationale... La chambre est jolie et propre et dispose d'un balcon et d'une double baie vitrĂ©e. Comme la chambre n'est pas climatisĂ©e vous avez Ă  disposition un grand ventilateur. La literie est trĂšs confortable. Vous avez aussi un parking dans l'hĂŽtel et le quartier semble calme. Le petit dĂ©jeuner est copieux et de qualitĂ©. Le personnel d'accueil est trĂšs aimable...je recommande cet hĂŽtel pour ceux qu'ils veulent faire une pause sur la route. Il y a un ascenseur et une passerelle pour les personnes Ă  mobilitĂ© rĂ©duite.👍😊
