I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Trilok Residency. The standout feature of this property is definitely the incredible hospitality and helpful management. Navigating the crowded Varanasi streets can be overwhelming, but the staff went completely out of their way to help. They provided an amazing porter service and even dropped me off on a bike through the damn busy streets to ensure I made it easily.On top of that, they arranged highly reliable and genuine cabs for my airport pickups and drops, as well as a trip to Prayagraj. While the location itself in the narrow lanes can be a bit challenging to navigate, the staff's unmatched helpfulness and care completely make up for it. I highly recommend staying here if you want peace of mind during your Kashi trip!

I must Thank manager Aditya and his staff who were very helpful starting from check-in to throughout our stay and there to support us 24x7. This place is very close and in walkable distance from main temples, ghats and food places.Felt like at home and had comfortable stay. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Room we got was with a bedroom and huge living area.

I really can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Akash was genuinely one of the nicest and most helpful people I’ve met during my travels. As a solo traveler, I really appreciated how helpful and welcoming he was from the beginning I had a very early flight, and they went out of their way to pick me up when i arrived as i was lost lol and dropped me off in the middle of the night with no prior notice so I wouldn’t miss my flight. Which meant really so much to me they even upgraded my room for free, which was such a kind surprise. The room was perfect big, clean, comfortable, with nice hot water and the WiFi worked perfectly! Everything about my stay here was amazing i really appreciated how much they helped me as a solo traveler with anything i needed. They genuinely went above and beyond, and I always felt looked after. It honestly felt like family. Thank you so much to Akash and the whole team for making my stay in Varanasi such a great experience. I would 100% stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Varanasi. You really can’t ask for better hospitality.

The hotel is boutique styled. Submerged (not literally) in lanes and alleyways. Close to all activities. Staff are friendly and helpful. It is walkable to the Dash Ghat so a great plus. But due its unique location you have to use a lot map reading skills to good use in order to locate it. The room itself is clean, confortable and lush. A little let down story is by the powerless shower. The bucket and scoop method is in fact better suited. Adi the host is a most personable bloke on this earth. Very obliging and constantly worrying not doing enough for his guests. He is always ready to order takeaway for you at short notice.

Clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Though there is a bit walking is involved to reach hotel from PDR mall, once you checked in, everything is in walkable distance. Authentic location, exceptionally clean The owner went out of his way to help us in every way Booking tours, recommend recommendations on where to eat He could not have helped us anymore If you want a real experience, you need to book these accommodations Very short, walk to anything you would want to say If I were to return, I would 100% book this spot again We were strangers in this town we left like locals. He gave us so much information like our own personal tour guide.

If you are planning to in stay in Varanasi and is on a budget. I highly recommend this hotel. Clean room and bathroom and the staff is very attentive. Pooja & Aiyush are wonderful hosts, very friendly. The Homestay is in a perfect location, walkable to the Taj & all the shops. The rooms were spotless, great bathroom, good wifi. It is a quiet area but there were dogs barking in the night so bring earplugs (a must for anywhere in India ) Breakfast was plentiful & tasty. They organised TukTuk to & from the train station so nothing was a hassle. Really enjoyed our stay there

Hotel manager was very courteous and informative. I booked two rooms in this Hotel. Hotel manager advised me to book somewhere else since my parents are old and hotel doesn't have access to vehicles. I was surprised. I wanted to stay near Kashi Vishwanath Temple and the Ghats. I continued with my booking. Reaching hotel is difficult, but Manager was very open informing me about it. Hotel sent staff to carry our luggage to and from the Hotel to the place where get vehicles. I could see honesty in Manager's eyes, in a city everywhere agents and babus try to cheat pilgrim tourists. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Bathrooms were modern and very clean. Manager upgraded one of my rooms to a family room on the ground level without extra charge since my parents are old.

I had an excellent stay at Trilok Residency, Varanasi. Right from airport pickup, to sending staff to pick me up from the taxi dropoff point (since the hotel is in old Kashi, extremely close to Dashashwamedh Ghat, vehicles are not allowed beyond a certain point), to ensuring I did not lack for anything, Mr. Aditya personally ensured that I had a pleasant stay. Upon arrival, he showed me available times Ann’s let me select the one I preferred. He was always available to help with any questions I may have. As a first time traveler to Varanasi, especially as a solo female, I could not have made a better choice in terms of accommodation. Rooms: very clean, spacious and an oasis of peace amidst the bustling streets of old Kashi. Location: Excellent! Steps to Dashashwamedh Ghat, walking distance to Baba Vishwanath temple with several famous food joints nearby. Once I got to the hotel, I was able to walk to the temple for multiple darshans, to the Dashashwamedh Ghat for Arati, to various other ghats, for food. I did not need a vehicle until I left. Staff: Very police and , always willing to help with anything. I felt extremely safe with them around. Owner/manager: Aditya is the real USP of this hotel. He went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. Her advised me on best transport options, inquired after my health, and even procured medicines when I came down with a cold. Whenever Baba Vishwanath calls me again to Varanasi, I will stay at Trilok Residency.

A unique hotel very close to the ghats, right in the heart of the winding alleyways of old Varanasi. Akash at the hotel reception is extremely helpful and provides a wealth of information. We really felt like he was looking after us. Varanasi, while extremely interesting, is quite chaotic. Trilok Residency is a great place to rest and regroup before diving back into the churning marvels of the city!
